We thought that summer was coming. It came for one day then left. We had SNOW on 6/4 in our front lawn. But, one of these days it will become unbearably hot and we'll be able to use our new waterslide again. We got this knowing that our summer would be spent mostly around home. We invited Jack Surry, newly home from China, and his sisters to come play. Jack wasn't too excited about the slide but man, that water gun rocks!Caden had his second pamidronate drip. Poor guy, the IV burst his blood vessels 5 times so he had to keep getting poked. When it was finally successful on the fifth try he said, "Mom, I just knew it would work this time because I said a prayer." The nurse said, "Well Caden, so did I finally so that I could finally get it right!" He is sure that his prayer made the difference.
