The new slide is much more fun than the IV.

We thought that summer was coming. It came for one day then left. We had SNOW on 6/4 in our front lawn. But, one of these days it will become unbearably hot and we'll be able to use our new waterslide again. We got this knowing that our summer would be spent mostly around home. We invited Jack Surry, newly home from China, and his sisters to come play. Jack wasn't too excited about the slide but man, that water gun rocks!

Caden had his second pamidronate drip. Poor guy, the IV burst his blood vessels 5 times so he had to keep getting poked. When it was finally successful on the fifth try he said, "Mom, I just knew it would work this time because I said a prayer." The nurse said, "Well Caden, so did I finally so that I could finally get it right!" He is sure that his prayer made the difference.

OH man, that slide looks like so much fun! Sorry to hear that you had SNOW (!!??) in June. Here in GA we've been roasting for weeks.

Keep praying Caden because I heard that God listens to ALL children's prayers before any one elses! Love to all of you!

Hey, Dink. Sorry to hear that the IV was so tough:( I know sometimes your little veins just don't cooperate. Be careful on that big slide - you don't want to get hurt like you did at the water park last year!
Love, Mom

Caden, I am sure that your prayer was heard and God helped the nurse to do everything just right for you.

Stefani, LOVE the slide! How cool is that??? My kids would love to be your neighbor! LOL

SNOW in JUNE???? Wow. It was 100+ degrees here and we were baking in the Atlanta sun at Six Flags! I'd rather be in your snow!

Hugs and love
