Makayla is taking American Sign Language in school and was able to go with her class to Disneylands's Deaf Day on Saturday. She was gone Friday and Saturday nights.
Both nights she cried herself to sleep. Her friend said, "Oh, how sweet, you miss your boyfriend so much it makes you cry."
Makayla, who is 18 and has had the same steady boyfriend for two years replied, "I'm not crying about my boyfriend, ya weirdo! I miss my little brother."
Her friend rolled her eyes and snapped back, "Whose the weirdo?!"
